What We Offer: Women-Only Classes
Carry & Connect (Ages 18+): A free fitness session where women build strength through carrying weights. The session ends with tea and a friendly chat, creating a welcoming space to foster connections. Held every Sunday at 9 AM, this class is ideal for women seeking a relaxed yet supportive fitness community.
Bellatrix (Ages 25-85): A Strength & Conditioning class that includes kickboxing drills (bagwork), general fitness, and a calming meditation session. Known for its fun and inclusive atmosphere, celebrations often feature cake and bubbles. Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:05 AM and Thursday at 7 PM.
Women-Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 13+): This class focuses on grappling, chokes, and submissions, offering a safe and empowering environment to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Taught by the 18-year-old daughter of the dojo owner, this class caters especially well to younger girls and beginners, making it a great starting point for those new to martial arts.
